Note | Obituary from Mobile Press-Register Jan 7, 2010 RICHARDSON Mrs. Mary Jeanette O'Connor Richardson, a native and resident of Mobile, died at home on Monday, January 4, 2010 and will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but we rejoice that she is with her Savior, and no longer knows pain, b ut only joy. She was a member of St. Dominic Parish, Ladies of Charity, Burse Club, St. Dominic's Jubilee Club and the Convent of Mercy Alumni Association. She worked for many years as Executive Secretary for the Mobile County Board of Realtors, an d worked as a Secretary for the Society for the Propagation of the Faith for 11 years, before her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Brown Richardson; son, Robert E. Richardson; brother, Reverend Monsignor Patrick C. O'Conn or; sister, Camilla C. Turpin. She is survived by two children, Alice Richardson Chateau of Mobile and Steven T. Richardson of Mobile; one sister-in-law, Rita Snowden of Meridian Mississippi; two daughters-in-law, Gaylen Richardson of Mobile and Sh aron Richardson of Pueblo, Colorado; one son-in-law, Louis Chateau, Jr.; Five grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 1:00 PM from St. Dominic Catholic Church. Intermen t will be in the Catholic Cemetery.
